I ran 9.8 in training. ok, jk. He should learn from Chopra and not just cite his success. 9.9 was world leading time for a bit this year. We have this great thing called youtube, Noah Lyle has his training videos there. Go watch them. or Bolt. You’ll see them NOT running a full out, best time in training. This man is bs’ing. maybe he got carried away.

All his talks about oxygen and lactic acid are utter non-sense. All out Sprints are anaerobic so lactic acid is going to be produced by body and has nothing to do with India. Also, oxygen concentration in free air is affected by elevation and not by being in India. Heat and pollution can be factors but keep in mind its same for all tropical/hot climate countries. My man needs good education.
