Right. If they are judging the too fast start, they are judging people's motives. The assumption is that the racer was anticipating the start and simply gambled correctly. It’s never made sense to me..some American was disqualified in the last Olympics for that. They start too fast after the gun. There needs to be a specific wait time and if you don’t wait long enough after the gun you’ll be disqualified

from 5 to just before 7 seconds Ali and Jacobs were stride for stride then Jacobs just kept powering on, his knee lifts are insane compared to the rest of the field. Y'all have got to move on from them. Running 9.7s and 9.8s is not easy. Remember how often each of those runners dealt with injuries? Bolt suffered from injuries in his last two seasons and struggled to get under 9.9 comfortably. The world standard for the 100m is 10.0, which is incredibly hard to get. If this new era of men's sprinting is not for you, don't tune in.
