If the World Should End - Union Cross Animatic

This year we're going to be celebrating the 20 years of the kingdom hearts franchise so, naturally, something special was in order!
The ending of khux wasn't just the latest development in the series but also one very dear to me, the khux portion of the fanbase has been really fun and welcoming. Yes, I know it's a meme, but I recommend you get caught up in the mobile game, these characters will be important going forward and even if they weren't they still each have a worthwile story that I couldn't possibly do justice to here, at least not for every single one of them I couldn't
Even if I've relatively taken a break from the franchise for a while it is still very dear and special to me, also I've been itching to draw these characters again and be able to put it all together with far more refined editing than I could manage the last time ♥

Strelitzia is safe in quadraum. Ephemer founded Scala ad Calem now he’s floating around keyblade graveyard?! Skuld landed in radiant garden escaped and living in a data town. Ventus is with his family and chrithy in the realm of darkness. Luriam and Elrena are together probably searching for Strelitzia. And Brain I don’t know maybe he got trapped in the realm of darkness?! I mean come on do I really believe Brain wouldn’t get sad and depressed about his friends being dead or worse?!

lauriam and elrena definitively aren't looking for strelitzia since they didn't saw the trailer for KH4 and think she is dead, lauriam is probably trying to reunite the other timetravelers from the UX so i think we will see one encounter between terra and especially ven and aqua(afinal he would be very interested in knowing how she got brain's keyblade (since she was using the master defender in the keyblade graveyard),brain as far as we know landed in the original scala ad caelum and dedicated his life into freeing the dandelions and eventually had a family and became eraqus's grandfather,his story is probably going to continue in missing link tho
