If UEFA charges are proven and withstand appeal, then the Premier League and the FA will be obliged to consider how City's breaches affected domestic competitions and then take appropriate action. This is not over. I doubt they would go as far as a retroactive points deduction giving MUFC and Jose the title for that season, but I think they could do something like a points deduction for an upcoming season. There is precedent for that.
