Goku has shown himself to be fast enough to probably get past the infinity as he was able to out speed Hit's time skip, as well as his domain wouldn't effect MUI Goku as his body reacts on it's own and wouldn't be effected by the repeating thought ability. Plus, even if Goku can't get past infinity he could teleport with instant transmition to where he would be directly on Gojo and be able to use an attack as the concerns of movement aren't an issue if you are already there, it doesn't push away it just slows things down the closer they get. Even when he was fighting one enemy that he killed by forcing them into a wall with his infinity just by walking towards them it was because his movements were so fast that the relative position of the enemy wasn't changing fast enough and they were being crushed by the wall faster than they would be able to go through it or break it.
