Flash powder is not like a camera flash now days. The whole point of flash powder was to bathe the targets of the picture in so much fake sunlight that it exposes the photo in a second or less. Many times brighter then the flashes we have on cameras today.

They should have appeased us with RDR2 story DLC, instead of the RDO chore-fest - riding a horse and shooting isn't enough to support online modes. GTAV's gameplay vareity can - although story DLC for that should've been a no-brainer business decision too. People need to stop buying pointless shark cards and gold! That said, if GTAVI bores you, it'll probably be a you problem. It'll be great, but I absolutely fear another cheapo soundtrack, R* getting woke, no story DLC, P2W online/overpriced vehicles, and Vice City being a boring location without the 1980s setting which made GTAVC great - the map itself was flat and featureless.
