Operation Dambuster was the original trench run It inspired 633 Squadron movie, Star Wars Trench Run, Area 88 and then Ace Combat games with similiar missions lots of em Then finally Top Gun Maverick did the same thing but with real stunt Trench/canyon runs never gets old

There are a good amount of episodes you could skip, but personally I think they're all really good.(especially bad batch) I've watched thru every episode twice. Once by myself and a second time once my niece was old enough to enjoy. Hope you enjoy them!

One thing I really, really wish was in Star Wars (namely for the Republic and Empire) would be adversary/aggressor squadrons: groups of clone/imp pilots trained in enemy tactics/combat styles, who would emulate that in training sessions with actual clone/imp pilots. I was told that the closest there was to that was in the X-wing novel series, so I may have to check that out.
