I back to California after 4 months in Bali and local yoga is no longer the same to me. Loud music, unnecessary push ups, constant moving. 95% of yoga here is acro, hot power, sweat and burn, fast flow 🤦‍♀️ Thank god for Your App that I can still practice real yoga. Americans have yoga misunderstood….

3:50 wow it's true, they're all uber woke except the one Indian guy lol (Idk if you meant the American yoga alliance, i'm not familiar with the yoga world). I went to a yoga centre a couple times with my mom about 8-10 years ago and I watched YWA (yes I know It's not legit yoga) for about 4 years and loved it but the thing that made me stop all of that was the "progressive" politics. I'm sorry something you live and love has become infested with this ideology, it must be frustrating.
