​@@MahsaKaerra The animus tunnels exist outside of any kingdom's juristdiction, but the entrances/exits almost certainly qualify as transportation infrastructure, and would each require a valid construction permit from the appropriate local authorities, and I seriously doubt that the nightwings ever submitted any applications for those permits, let alone that any were approved. So... I think the nightwings would be charged with Illegal Construction.

@@Wesley16631 Well, no, not necessarily. Legality and blame are complicated. There's a lot of things to consider; plus, the charge isn't necessarily always accurate. Tsunami's actions could be considered self-defense (though it probably wouldn't; trading your life for someone else's isn't considered self-defense), but that aspect could be ignored because Gill had gone insane and the insanity defense card could be played, so it might not be considered self-defense. Scarlet's part in Gill's death would be duress or coercion, and she could receive the blame, but the way she'd be prosecuted would vary tremendously from the typical charges for murder. We also need to take into account how arenas would work in the modern day; obviously, arenas aren't used anymore, and the line between "This is murder and duress" and "This is just how arenas work" is very blurry. Basically, technicality!

No idea if you could charge her for destroying Burn's collection. Her threats to Sunny in that tower are probably something too. Stalking (Peril and Icecle, maybe even Glory with the Dreamvisitor) Originally trying to kill all firescales could maybe be some kind of attempted genocide. Do Scavengers count? She killed the one who stole tresure from her (Mushroom?) after he clearly surrendered and serving them at a banquet could be cruel/unusual punnishment. Also serving life animals probably is animal cruelty.

I don’t blame you for not using the Geneva convention. It has weird grey areas that end up being an issue with courts once in a while. There was a case I learned about in school where a kid in my country was going to be charged with terrorism and tried as an adult but he was a child soldier at the time so it was a huge issue for a while. No one knew if he wasn’t responsible since he was like 10 at the time of committing those crimes, or if he was responsible because he was a soldier regardless. If you used the Geneva convention, Peril would probably be charged with killing prisoners of war despite being a child soldier and under Scarlets control.

We've heard other rainwings talk about him when jambu and the good bullfrog were warned and Glory about him as a cautionary tale and they didn't really seem to make fun of him that much. Yes jambu said he wasn't a pretty color and they were warned and Glory against turning out like him but it was more in a you don't want to freeze as a rainwing because then you can't communicate the way we do type of way and less of a you don't want to end up like this freak type of way. Also being ablest just doesn't seem like how rainwings operate at all given what we know about tamarin. Of course that's completely different and I believe they would probably treat severe color-changing scales differently based on the way they reacted when Glory frechette up in the rainforest. But I also don't think it's much of a stretch to assume that chameleons possibly lied and door has a victim complex about his life in the rainforest. We know he's kind of vein and may or may not be also semi narcissistic. It's entirely possible that the irony of his name and or a few jokes or comments made him go over the edge despite it not being as bad as he claims andor has convinced himself into thinking it was. It's also possible that he isn't lying or misconstruing something but just doesn't get a certain part of rainwing culture that he's unable to participate in. Simply put rain wings are very blunt, they wear their hearts on their scales and display their every thought and feeling to the entire world. We see this several times in the books, they have a tendency to just say what they're thinking because it's pretty much guaranteed you're going to they're going to see what you're feeling you might as well say what you're thinking there's no reason to hide and they have no reason to because they're all pacifists who don't really get into that big of major conflicts, the only possible reason to not share comment if to maybe spare somebody feelings but why would they do that they don't really care that much about each other either, and they don't really have a reason to after all they don't have strong feelings most of the time, the number of rain wings that have had strong emotions like anger can be counted on one hand and all of them seem to stand out a little bit in rainwing society. Openness and honesty is a big part of their tribal identity, right along with emotional unawareness or apathy due to a lack of any major consequences. Pretty much they're all basically too happy and content with life to ever get offended even if somebody did insult them and the person who didn't felt them probably didn't mean it as an insult but more of a remark or observation that they didn't feel the need to keep silent. All these things are very common in rain wings but chameleon due to his nature is unable to experience pretty much any of this. He's unable to get the benefits of the fun or sleep whatever it whichever it is which pretty much have all the effects of making him sleep deprived which in most people and probably also dragons is a very easy way to become grumpy snappy and irritable and the more easy to take offense to something that baby wasn't defensive in the first place. I'm sure we've all noticed how minor inconveniences can suddenly become the most irritating things ever if we're too tired. So it's entirely possible that he wasn't picked on he was just surrounded by people who thought in a completely different way than he did. Add on to the vet the idea that many of his supposed bullies were probably also children who especially at younger ages have to be the absolute worst people ever at filters and social awareness and I can definitely imagine how maybe being surrounded by kids with curious and probably offensive on accident questions or comments might have made him lose it, but I genuinely do not think he was actively picked on by rainwings. Of course I'm probably reading entirely way too much into this but something about this story always kind of bothered me because of how ablest it seems and how we just know for a fact that rain wings are not like that, and I don't think it could have been a product of a different time as much giving that we know it happened within 9 years ago due to the fact that jambu remembers it. And I just don't think any ruler pray Glory was able to change the culture drastically in nine years so that they went from complete ableism to being one of the most supportive communities in the entire series in regards to disability support. plus I just have some personal experiences both being a blind child growing up with other children and now being a blind adult with very young relatives so I have memories of being bullied as a child and not being bullied but having friends make really offensive comments without realizing it and now as an adult having young children just say the most bizarre insensitive things and not know any better because they're like 4 to 7 and just don't get that what they said might have been deeply wronged in some way. Though I think I handled myself way better than chameleon did and most of these situations. Do that just to say that I don't believe chameleon would have been bullied out of the rainforest again or even that he was ever bullied out of the rainforest in the first place. You're granted that's not to diminish what he went through because I'm perfectly aware that just because they were trying to screw with him they clearly did screw him up mentally somehow in some way and I don't think that's necessarily anybody's fault but it doesn't take away the fact that it happened. although I also don't think childhood bullying isn't an excuse to kill a completely unrelated child just for being the same species as the people who believe you I'm pretty sure that's a hate crime.

Pair morrowseer with one of his other criminal tribe members such as Mastermind or battlewinner I would say a hand with blister but you should probably do all the sisters together. Or at the very least to do blister and burn together cuz I don't think blaze actually has any war crimes other than being part of the war in the first place and maybe some kind of legal shanigan through to her trying to make glacier fight for her in her challenges that only happened once and it didn't actually work.

I like to assume is a “Rudolph” type situation, though worse. You should know what I mean. Then he was forced out of the area that was his home just because of his inability. Do we treat someone who is disabled or has an abnormality like that? Answer me. Scarlet is a true case of pure evilness, now that we have the necessary information. That fact that she screamed for everything she wanted and pretty didn’t care when she was confronted. Like was she even punished? How did she even become queen? Kill her (once she would be old enough that is)

"easily could have died"!? If you are talking about the other Dragon she made fight in the arena such as the dragonets of destiny I'd let this charge flied but you're saying this about peril! Peril who kills everything she touches would have never once in danger in that arena except for the time she fought clay and that barely counts because he didn't really know how to fight and so probably would still might have lost against her anyway, by the time that fight took place she was no longer a dragonet because she hatched a year before the dragonets of destiny did and they were six at this time making her seven which is legally considered to be adults and most tribes. I'm sure her use of peril Dove count for some crimes but it's definitely not for child endangerment. I don't feel pretty for you add some harassment charges from her poking around in people's dreams with her dream visited.

@@5rcane ooo, do you really think one could? Not going to lie if a nice man can actually hurt her that sounds like a fight I'd enjoy watching fire vs. Ice and all. I've also wondered if a rainwing could hurt her with venom, Chris Gayle still count as living which means they cannot be burned if it doesn't react badly to fire and we don't know how the venom reacts to fire so it could be possible especially since it can be delivered at a distance and wood coffee Dragon to not have to be anywhere near her. Honestly it's a good thing that tribe is way to pacifistic to ever attack anyone I think if one of them other than chameleon went evil it would be bad for the entire world. I also wonder about her eyes we know her scales and claws can kill things by touching them but her eyes aren't either of those things maybe they're five points and nobody's trying to get at them or been able to do it without touching the rest of her since she's fighting back. do that same concept as why I don't actually think and I swing would be able to kill her even though a touch of their frost breath can numb from a scales and maybe do the effect it would still have to be able to call her and touch her in the area events to numb in order to hurt her if that even worked and it's really hard to do that while the rest of her is still on fire and she's still moving. I definitely count this as child labor but I still don't think it counts of child endangerment for peril at least. Of course carlett has still put children in the arena photo child endangerment is still a charge.
