I sold mine today too. I won’t be picking more of that stuff that Chris picks because it’s not profitable for me like other things that I trade. Since I don’t trade 10-100k like Chris I don’t see the value in putting up 200 bucks to make 100 when there’s 60 dollar options and stocks that will get the same results. I felt like I was stuck in a trap for two weeks and had capital that could have been accruing more money elsewhere tied up on one apple put. If you’re day trading, 2 weeks on one strategy seems like a lifetime to wait. Those of you who sold in the negative, please remember this single thing: NEVER take a loss unless you have NO OTHER OPTION because “down” doesn’t mean “lost money” UNLESS YOU SELL! I endured the same negative roller coaster that you all did but I STAYED IN MY SEAT! Don’t MAKE a loss if you have to TAKE a loss, if you get what I mean.

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

I totally agree; I am 66 years old, recently retired, with approximately $1.2 million in external retirement funds.
