This came at such a great time in my life. I just quit a job that I've just lost passion for and was causing emotional turmoil in my life. This effected my mental health, which in turn effected the relationships in my life. I felt shackled to these emotions and issues, making them larger than life. It caused me to overlook all the abundance in front of me and hyper-focus on the negatives that were miniscule. Because of this, I felt like a failure, unable to change, evolve, or grow. I never comment on videos but I think when I really struggle with “purpose” or loneliness I think it helps to try to produce more good in the world than your experiencing. Right now I'm on the same situation you were when you recorded this video where I feel lost because I realized that I am mourning the idea of loving the job that I'm in (which is the one I studied for. I studied motion graphics and 2d animation). Since it's a creative job, the people that I work with think that since I'm a professional I can do all my work with the click of a button when they don't see the real process, time, and trail and error that comes with it. Shukran so much for this. I’m literally in bed crying right now and watching you video, you inspire me so so much 😭 I lost my job last year and still can’t find a job until this day, and my partner broke up with me. I’m so so lost. I feel like I can’t anymore 😭 what do I live for? What am I meant for? Am I even loved? Valued? I just feel like I’ve got no one right now. And when I was watching your video I just ended up crying cause I could relate so so much to what you were saying. I have no idea what to do. I’ve been applying and applying for jobs but nothing yet so far. Your morning routine really helped me. By waking up at for and I’ve been waking up at 4 ever since Ramadan started. And set my routine and journaling at night and even tho I don’t got a job or can’t go anywhere. I take a bath I take out an outfit to make myself feel better. I recite my Quran, I make Thikr and I just read and honestly I feel better by doing those things and writing down my feelings. But I’m so so sad all the time I’ve been crying everyday for so so long and it’s really effecting my mental health as well. But all I can say is Alghamdulillah. Allah knows best. When I am feeling lost I usually take time to reset , rest , check if I’m balancing things and make sure I’m spending time with God. Journaling has been a great tool for me to get out of my head and on paper Thanks for being transparent and bringing refreshing content !

My dad passed away a week b4 I turned 21 I’m 23 now and I didn’t see my dad in over 6 yrs due to me leaving to California and my family living in my parents home state of Sinaloa so going back to my dads funeral was the hardest thing I had to do . Plus I got my mom and sister in Mexico rn I am the provider and now my little brother helps me out here to help my mom but it’s a hard I was homeless then saved for a car and slept in there it’s hard but now things are steadily getting better but one thing I won’t get back is my pops so that’s always on my mind .
