Studying at home is not a good option. You'll be distracted easily in one or other way. Better going to a reading room or a library nearby to keep up with the schedule.

There's no need of any guidance for foundation. If you're an average student, just keep your phone in another room and get optimum output of 5-6 hrs a day. That's it. Keep it simple.
