To get out of plat you need to be better, the bots are not playing ranked because of the skill gap, and hackers a-lot of players are gone, so if you were diamond your now a plat life with it or improve. To get out of your hardstuck 28 sr you need to win like 10 games in a row with big point difference and a strong kd. or else you stay plat.

Solo Plat 3 with my SR around 30-40 now I'm probably going to be lucky to get D1 now lol. I just want to hut diamond.

I would recommend not playing ranked.once you hit diamonds the wallets and dozers are every other game.
