Just came across your channel after buying ZIIP HALO and found this all very interesting. My mother used to do light taps to her face and when she was in her 90's many people thought her skin looked like someone in their 70's, she just had great tone and very little wrinkles. It could be genetics, diet but she used to believe the tapping helped. Thanks for this video.

I ❤️ur channel! My sister is actually a licensed Aesthetician (in Charlotte, NC) & so much of your advice is right on par with what she does! She also started out as a Cosmetologist doing hair, then she moved on to massage therapy & after 10 years of that, she moved on to facial care. She suffered as a teen with cystic acne & now, to look at her beautiful skin, u would NEVER know it! Through great skincare, she has transformed her skin. It’s been amazing! Thanks so much for all your honest reviews also. It’s extremely helpful to know a good product & with an unbiased review, it saves people a lot of time, money & frustration:)

I agree with these 2 methods as I've been doing jade roller all over my neck and face for months now prior to MC plus working the vectors and have seen more of a tighten and lift. I also always start from the bottom " neck area" with Microcurrent. 👌

Great tips, Penny. I don’t do a lymphatic massage before using my micro current device. Also the emphasis on gentle pressure and analogies as to how to achieve the lightest touch is incredibly helpful. I found I overworked the Gua Sha and was concerned I was stretching my skin so don’t use it. Now I am sure I placed too much pressure. Love knowing that I need only the lightest touch and the tools are literally at my fingertips. Thank you!
@tashalee4294 Жыл бұрын
I feel like I use too much pressure with the Gua Sha also. It's good to know where the lymph nodes are so that you can put more pressue on the muscles vs the lymph nodes.

This is why those of us that use the Mesoform Pro have such amazing results. When you follow their protocol use start with lymphatic drainage in Negative polarity and do the neck then face. Then you switch to BiPolar mode and do the LIFT portion.

@@theresajopson4157 Don’t overthink it. You’ll have amazing results just doing Detox & Lift, and using that routine for your maintenance. All the other routines are to address specific concerns. The Mesoform Pro KZbin channel is your best resource. Their newer videos have English subtitles. On the older videos look in the video description which tells you what mode (polarity) and what that routine address.
