I made this Blueberry Cake with Lime Basil Genoise and Blueberry Cream Cheese Condensed Milk Butter Cream.
The cake sheet with lime and basil has wonderful flavor. Realy!
Butter cream made with cream cheese and condensed milk is not greasy nor grit like normal butter cream with icing sugar.
It is not overly sweet and the texture is light and soft.
It paired well with blueberries.
Even those who don't like buttercream cake can enjoy it.
The acrylic plate used for icing this cake was ordered from an online acrylic store.
If you send them an image of the shape you want, they will laser cut it for you.
When requesting a product, you only need to send the design you want as an ‘Ai’ file.
The price was 3,500 Korean won per sheet of acrylic.
If it is difficult to make an Ai file, send only the design you want and pay an additional fee.
They service transfering your image to Ai files.
This kind of custom production allows you to design cakes in more diverse shapes at a low cost,
I think it's a good way to realize various ideas. ^^
