Hi! I am Joconde.
This video is about a blueberry cake.
Spreaded blueberry sauce on castella with moist and firm texture.
I picked the castella for the cake sheets.
And after icing with cream cheese frosting mixed with blueberry sauce,
I piped the whipped cream petals around the cake. It finally looks like a lotus flower.
A small amount of gelatin is added to the whipped cream to make it stable so that the shape can be maintained.
This recipe of whipped cream with gelatin is very easy.
