The best thing about internet is that you get stuff like this for free. I found Andy’s show during the covid times and he has changed my mentality for the better and helped me to stop feeling sorry for myself. His book on mental toughness is real and if you’re feeling low, 75 hard is your light in the tunnel, just give it a go and watch your mentality shift.

I had a hard time when I first heard the way Andy spoke but was able to listen to the message and completed 75 hard. I had no support or encouragement doing it and my family hated it because I wasn’t drinking and on a road trip had to stop all the time because I was drinking so much water. After I completed it I looked back and saw. I really overcame obstacles. You are a dynamic duo. I’ll be saving this episode and replaying it many times.

Thanks two of our role models for sharing and teaching their entrepreneurial success behind the scenes. Mental toughness is vital in life. Through hardship and difficulties, we find ourselves more capable and tough than we believe or even imagine that makes us love ourselves and believe in ourselves more. I love what you said that great people are not running by the societal program. They color outside the line and they leverage the dark energy and they are more open to new ideas and perspectives and they are taking bigger purpose outside themselves and leaving a legacy and making a difference in the world that’s actually our higher purpose in life. Thank you😍
