For me it's balance. You need to know yourself and what is going on inside you. If you ignore the externals it will destroy you. Awareness of both is essential.

It’s like God is letting me know I’m in alignment with my purpose with your podcast . I used to only think of my past and now I’ve grown past that. I’ve been working on visualizing my future and it’s SOOOO GOOD ! I’ll change history. Foundation is Gods ! 🙏🏽 Thanks Sir

Thank you Ed for creating this video! Visualization has been a challenge in the past for myself. I’ve always been able to visualize things completed for others. Thank you for the specific things to do when learning to visualize and why we should do them! You are an asset to our world; praying your health journey is on the right track and your health is improving daily! 🙏💕🙏

We go towards what is familiar, ie the path of least resistance. This is what is most natural, we move like water flows, but unlike water we can shape ourselves based on our imaginative faculty, and thus direct our own lives.

Ed, As a prisoner of domestic abuse that has controlled me for over a decade...I relate to the POW. My dad would ask me when I got home from school, "did you ask any good questions today?" I pray those that are being used to abuse and it IS life threatening abuse, ask is she safe? Is she guilty? Why can't we let her go? Is she ever going to be free? Your dad would be appalled at AA and even there I am being played, shamed and gaslighted. That has happened in my town. I thought of going back to CA, but it is not safe. Toxins it is real.

Great video Ed! I just finished your book and loved it. No I am going to start breaking it down by chapter to develop a new skill each month or couple weeks. Have you ever considered a workbook or plan with exercises to develop all the skills such as one month for visualization, another for living in the moment, etc?

man, I practice this alot, but I need to work on it. My mind tends to play out the worst case scenario first and then I back pedal and try to see the most optimistic scenario. In a way it helps me not be disappointed when I fail and more grateful when I succeed. I believe there's a similar concept in meditations by marcus aurelius

I love Ed’s videos and I used to listen to his videos every day. Now things changed, it’s just too much ads. And on weird products and services. I get it, they need to make money, but I feel like it’s just too much and not always relevant.

Same thing here. That's why now I mostly watch his older videos. Less annoying ads.
