@@theHartMcGrath as an empath and a lightworker, I've been kicking ass daily to stay alive. I have off the wall anxiety, depression and I'm not very materialistic at all. I've seen both angles. Being broke on the street at 19, and I hit a million at 26. Stepping back and seeing it both- they are really just opposites meant to show balance. I don't seek Earthly things because as a teen and until 25 , I've did and tried it all. I'm talking everything. So now, nothing phases me. I'm heavy into Kabbalah. Which helps. The past four years and especially the past year has been insane . Almost unbearable. I have two cousins and an aunt who have taken their lives. However , I promised to not do it for anything. I've been through hell enough I can take it. A panic attack at 23 caused a heart attack. That's just one small thing. And yes, when you mentioned addiction - that's there. Cigarettes, Adderall, Valium and porn. And no I don't even like doing it or feel happy doing it , its to keep from having withdrawals. What you said reminded me of an ego death and shedding the ego which is a big piece of Kabbalah. I had one at 24 and a Kundalini awakening. Being an empath, and a few other things but I don't want to sound cocky; my feelings are always spinning and I can feel other people without them talking or anything. I can feel the energy and I'll say it, I was born with natural psychic gifts and I started using as a kid. Everyone can tap into their psychic powers. We all have them but some people like singing, you naturally have it strongly at birth. If you don't think you can sing, technically with practice and having a coach, you'll eventually be able to at least do the basics of singing. Psychic gifts are the same. We all have it but many have to constantly work on it like a muscle. But anyone can open their third eye and work on the gifts. Being a lightworker; ill just say being there for others is like a high to me when I can do something for someone and help people make it. Regardless what it is, I love knowing I can do that. I take water to the hood and give out water. I'm in Memphis. Yeah..lol so I've been told I need to chill on my interactions which I'm doing better . I don't do as much but I always catch what I'm around as far as feelings. The world right now has me feeling like this here is all a game within a game but we are locked and trapped on this prison planet. I don't think I can find or feel happiness in this lifetime. This world, so cruel and evil that I don't even understand the point in this planet other than Archons feeding off of our energy. Many NPCs and soulless vessels. Also many et/humanoids. So yeah I appreciate the videos you have . Sorry to throw all this on you but I wanted you to know, I've seen it all and having PTSD and getting up each day isn't easy but I still do it as if nothing is wrong. I'm gay , came out at 13. Loved it and was happy to be. The past year, I don't know what happened but I don't like it at all. Meaning if I could choose, I'd go back. It's a more difficult life to live but the Creator made me who I am and I try to be thankful for each day. I'm a strong, authentic badass Leo and nothing is stopping me . Just tired. Lol

The thing I feel I need to be happy is the perfect body, and it’s left me striving for something always out of my reach, over exercising and obsessing over eating healthy food, it’s now left me defeated, depressed (at times) and overworked . As Jim Carrey once said in an interview on KZbin, depression is our body, saying it’s tired, tired of this avatar we’re playing 😢But like you said “our soul is tired!” And yes I’ve reached the perfect body, at times, and it never truly made me happy, because it comes from within❤Thankfully I’m out of the depression I was in last year, but it’s something we have to work for everyday! Our life literally depends on it.

In my 20s I obsessed about my weight and I was overweight the entire decade. I am now on my 40s and I don’t even care about it and I have the perfect body ever. It’s so how that works stop focusing on things I’m making it matter like literally matter like, tangible

i've just started on my journey and i'm somebody who wants to be an achiever too. and i just started a YT channel a few months back damn. I haven't got anywhere near 100k like you lol (not even 1k) but I understand what you're saying when you say you thought you'd be happy hitting 100k. When i started my channel i was in that trap too, and i'd stress so much about my videos' perfomance. To the point where i'd literally have a mental breakdown because i thought i had to get more views/subs .... But what i've decided now is to just enjoy my journey. No more rushing the process. I'm just trying to enjoy every single project I put out now, and keep learning. God will take care of everything else. If it takes me years then so be it. But i'm at peace now, even though I'm still grinding. It's all about the journey not the destination.

Thank you for the video, I can definitely relate to your analyzation of understanding. I spent most my life searching for happines. In turn I found that it was not what I thought or wanted anymore. It is much more profound to find peace. Peace within yourself. Peace within your environment. Peace within your life. Happiness seems to be an inflated state of being that does not last. I found joy within peace.

You can see the big picture and find the details tedious. If you completely cleanse your ego and your desire nature in order to become pure and above it all, I would advise you to retain just enough desire nature to stay on the planet. You can find yourself in a soul retrieval emergency situation where you don't desire the things of the world enough to stay on the planet to do your soul mission, you can become almost too spiritually 'mature ' to want to participate anymore. Been there and done it. (Me almost, I had to find some desire nature to keep my body going!🍎Your body is like your inner child.) You are young and I hope you can enjoy the simple natural pure things of life, filter out the societal distortions and make your own culture space that is alive creative and fulfilling as you are doing.
