How do you know if sentences are in the wrong place and if paragraphs make sense? Where do you learn/find how this should be done? The teachers knows, but how does he know? Anyone has any tips? Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your comment. You might be in luck, when I made this video ai was not were it is today, but I think you can now have a better chance of figuring it out. I have asked what you asked and this is what I got, let me know if you would like to schedule a session and we can work on it if you'd like, cheers! Logical Flow: Check if there is a logical progression of ideas within paragraphs. Each paragraph should follow a clear and coherent structure, leading the reader from one point to the next. Topic Sentences: Each paragraph should start with a strong topic sentence that introduces the main idea of the paragraph. This helps guide the reader and provides a clear focus for the content that follows. Transitions: Use transitional words and phrases to smoothly connect sentences and paragraphs. Transitions help maintain the flow of ideas and make the text more cohesive. Chronological Order or Order of Importance: Depending on the type of writing, consider organizing information chronologically or by order of importance. This can enhance the clarity and effectiveness of your writing. Relevance: Ensure that every sentence contributes directly to the main point of the paragraph. Remove any irrelevant or off-topic information that might confuse the reader. Peer Review or Editing: Have someone else read your work. Fresh eyes can often catch issues that you might overlook. Feedback from peers, writing groups, or editors can be valuable in refining your writing. Read Aloud: Reading your work aloud can help you identify awkward or unclear sentences. It allows you to experience the flow of your writing and catch any areas that may sound disjointed. Writing Guides and Style Manuals: Consult reputable writing guides and style manuals, such as The Elements of Style by Strunk and White or The Chicago Manual of Style. These resources provide guidelines on sentence and paragraph structure. Practice and Experience: The more you write and revise, the more you'll develop an intuitive sense of what works well in terms of sentence and paragraph placement. Practice helps you refine your skills over time. Feedback from Teachers and Writing Workshops: Take advantage of feedback from your English teachers and participate in writing workshops. Teachers often provide valuable insights into improving your writing structure. Ultimately, a combination of practice, feedback, and a conscious effort to apply writing principles will contribute to your ability to recognize and correct issues with sentence and paragraph placement.
