that's actually a cool pic with the guardrail, the more cropped in ones

Thanks for the kind words, but seriously? I think you're blowing smoke... but I guess we're each our own worst critic. I think I take far too many sub-par pictures, if I'm being honest. Doesn't mean it isn't fun :D We're actually out of the fall picture-taking videos... I think. There might be one or two, but it's getting too cold to stop and take pics, LOL.

@@RoadReality its the jems in between the sub par ones that you need to recognize. Even the pros take bad pics
@RoadReality4 күн бұрын
@@Jarvisbiker I know they do. What I need to concentrate more on is taking fewer but better pics. Now that I have some good practice with my cameras, in the Spring I should be able to pick a camera, pick a lens, and go get good ones, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the different lenses and such.

Every channel is the creator’s choice as to how they want to be out there! Do what you want with YOUR channel, if you want to take pictures very often, take pictures. If you want to ride with all the gear, ride with all the gear. If you want to ride in shorts and a T shirt, do it. No one person is better than any other!!

04:38 second level counter measures 😆 I've ridden like that so long, that my shoulder got tired and I had to change hands. / "Jarvis is a good person to have in your corner." This message was approved by Mr. Stark. / Looking at pictures and remembering the people and situations linked to that picture, has benefits for brain. This is why I always let my grandmother show me pictures and tell the stories of people I have not even met.

Yeah, the sun was RIGHT in my eyes, it was so blinding :( LOL @ Mr. Stark. That's kind of what JarvisBiker is like, except, you know, human. Heck yeah, you had the right attitude with your grandmother - mine didn't have pictures of anyone to show me, they were all before pictures were commonplace.

@@RoadReality It seems taking pictures has been in both branches of my family, for few generations. Many had their own chemistry set for developing their photos. My grandmother has family photos of herself from some 91-92 years ago. It's interesting to see the buildings and clothing and stuff, from that era too.
@RoadReality3 күн бұрын
@@theodorstravels That's really cool! My grandparents were too poor to get much in the way of photos. I've seen some in recent years that go back about 100 years, wild stuff. It's amazing how far we as a society have come in that amount of time.

@@theodorstravels This is true. I think my dad was the first in our family to own a bike, though. I have a pic of half of it somewhere around here... I think it was the only pic ever taken of it. I still have the memories of riding many miles on the back of that thing, though!
