Great video again Gary, on the ball marking question: Rotating the ball is considered “lifting” under Rule 14.1, and you only get the right to lift the ball on the putting green after you mark it first. So, if you rotate the ball when it isn't marked you get one penalty stroke

I line my lines/logos up with the swing-plane. This helps remind me not to swing so steep, which I used to have a problem with.

I also play the tour stripe and I find them to work really well. Since they came out a couple of years ago we’ve seen Callaway bring out a similar design too and I wouldn’t be surprised if other brands bring out their own variations.

A new "trick" I discovered relates to the Pix. I was using Callaway Tour with custom logo's, but it should also work with Taylor made. You line the line along target line and make sure logo (pix) on the lower right (lower left if left handed) is about where you want to hit. You then concentrate on hitting that logo specifically. This forces an outward swing just below center of ball on upward trajectory. I would like others to test this and see if this works. I don't have Taylormade pix right now to test, but plan to test with those and with the standard Callaway Tour Pix versions also.

Once you take the marker away the balls in play unless you replace the marker

You need to mark it, and you can do it with the toe of the putter, if you don't want to pull out a ball marker from your pocket.

Are they overpriced as many top brands are, to be honest I used a prov1 Vs noodle ball and Callaway soft, not much difference, just buy the noodle balls 15 ball for £14, save your money especially weekend golfers

Gaz, its just a line. Its another gimmick. A line with a sharpie does the exact same thing. Plus you still have to mark your ball to identify it. PS when is the new putter coming?😊

Take a leaf out of James book and use a softer ball ie Tour response you are not Rory or Scottie leave the ProV and Tp5 to them your game will benefit I guarantee it

Stripes already printed on balls aren’t always balanced correctly. Case in point Bryson. His caddie always makes sure that his Pro only uses balanced balls. Is this something to look at in future vlog?
