I'm a trucker in the states and years ago I delivered to a small town in SE Quebec, while they unloaded me I walked across the street to get breakfast. Everyone was rude and acted like they only spoke french. So I just pointed at a picture to order. Back at the warehouse I mentioned it to the worker and he said it's a thing they do to outsiders. hopefully your experience in Quebec was nicer.

I love your videos, really makes me want to start trying these challenges! I've won some contests that I didn't even want to enter but never did anything after that. One was a Hooters challenge that a radio station put on at a local once a year major car show in town. They needed extra people so my older brother and I said HEY a free meal. We said fine we will try since you need some extras and when we came back to the event 2 hours later the room was packed with over 400 people. I was like no way in hell am I doing this so we almost walked out. Then the radio guys noticed us and pulled us up on stage. The Goal was eat 15 bone in hooters wings clean as fast as possible. Right before we started they announced the returning champ who held the current record! At that point I was like holy hell what did I get into. So I turned my hat backwards and started when it was time to go. I finished 15 wings in 1:15 seconds and destroyed the champ by a minute or two. I won all kinds of stuff, 4 tickets to Disney with parking, a concert with 4 tickets and 100$ gift card to hooters. Everyone called me wing king for years after that at work. Never did anything since but always wondered what IF. Edit the funny thing was the guy next to me stopped eating half way through and just watched me with his jaw dropped which I thought was hilarious!
