Caso não tenha o açúcar de baunilha pode substituir pela essência da mesma ou outro sabor

Pode sim.. so que tem que ser bem poucas gotas. É mais forte. Esse açúcar é bem leve, na verdade a baunilha é pra retirar o cheiro do ovo que as vezes fica na massa.. a essência deixa mais sabor, mas também ajuda. É só vc colocar poucas gotas.. Caso não tenha, não muda nada, só que pode ficar com cheiro do ovo.. e também não terá o sabor bem leve de baunilha(o açúcar é muito fraquinho, e mas pra retirar o cheiro do ovo). Açúcar serve mais pra retirar o cheiro do ovo, já a essência marca mais o sabor, mas ajuda no aroma também. Espero ter te ajudado.
