1 potato (320 g)
2 slices of French brioche or white bread
2 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp heavy cream
4 cherry tomatoes
20g mozzarella cheese on the bottom of the baking pan
20g mozzarella cheese for medium layer
Spread 1/2 cup (125g) pasta tomato sauce on the bread cubes
Sprinkle 20g mozzarella cheese around
Sprinkle 20g parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (125g) pasta tomato sauce on potatoes layer
