Bracket is correct . bearing was not installed correctly causing rubbing issues ended up beating it out getting a new bearing and pressing it in to fix my issue

The pulleys do not line up, my serpentine is riding up onto the AC pulley and my tone ring. Wasted two $ 40 belts. Now I am pulling the bearing out of original and replacing it in hopes my belt will ride properly.

dodge ram 2007.5 6.7, the bearing is slightly deeper than oem and rubs on engine block, I had to put 2mm shim on the mount to prevent the bearing from rubbing. Seems to be lined up ok now. I will report back after some mile are behind it. Thanks!

Whenever I sold these Dorman pieces, they always come back with pulley clearance issues, the pulley rubs on the casting. After a few of those, I sold Gates, and never had problems since

We ended up reusing they old housing and pressed a new bearing in 10k miles so far and it’s humming along still lol
