Ingredients:
- Eggplant: 1.
- Potato: 1
- Eggs: 3.
- Black pepper: a pinch.
- Parsley: 3 tablespoons.
- All-purpose flour: 180 g / 6,5 oz.
- Cheese.
- Ham.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- In oven at: 180 °C / 356 °F for 15 - 20 minutes.
