Ingredients:
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
700 g minced meat.
2 stalks of celery.
3 tomatoes.
300 g tomato sauce.
50g butter.
60g flour.
600 ml milk.
200 g lasagna sheets.
200 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt, ground black pepper, dried ground sweet paprika, dried ground nutmeg to taste.

Es schmeckt bestimmt sehr gut 👍 was ich aber schlimm finde ist, mit anzusehn wie jede Knoblauchzehe gerieben wird und das ewig lange schneiden vom Gemüse. Das scheckt einen ab das Video ganz anzusehn.

You lost me at celery. Never heard of real Italians using celery in their lasagna. This version might be good for what it is, but I doubt it is better than lasagna made in a good Italian restaurant. I make lasagna the way the people of Calabria make it.

Perhaps the vegetables should have been chopped and ready. 9:55 minutes spent chopping and stirring. Didn’t see the person preparing the dish nor, did she say anything. It is a very boring video.

И опять нас учат, как резать лук, очень долго его перемешивать, тереть чеснок и опять мешать, потом ещё и с фаршем. Учимся резать сельдерей и опять учимся перемешивать. Да, забыли, как резать помидоры и опять учимся всё перемешивать. Как растапливать сливочное масло, потом мешать с мукой и всеми специями. Надоело комментировать. Всё остальное, как под копирку.

This is not lasagna. Might be delicious, but cannot be called lasagna. I just realized that a white sauce was used instead if ricotta. Still not a true lasagna.
