Do not pass without watching this rice recipe that will suit every meal. Try it, you won't regret it :)
Materials
1 cup basmati rice (you can use regular rice)
2 cups of hot water (1.5 cups for other rice)
1 carrot
1 tablespoon of currants
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
salt and turmeric as you wish
Fabrication
Let's grate the carrots, wash the rice. Let's add the oil to the pan. Then let's add the grated carrots and mix, add the currants on it, let's fry a little, add the rice and fry all the ingredients well. Add 2 cups of hot water and close the lid and let it cook. Let's cover the rice with a paper towel and leave it to rest.
