Hi everyone! In this video I propose a very good recipe with chickpeas. Very easy to make and delicious to eat recipe! Ingrediants:
- 400 grams of chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 40 gr of breadcrumbs + 100 gr for breading
- Salt, pepper, paprika
For the sauce:
- 500 ml of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- Olive oil
- Parsley
