Hello everyone, this time I made a unique cake quickly and easily, inspired by Filipino cakes. Delicious served with coffee or tea.

Recipe ingredients:
250 grams low protein flour (can be replaced with all-purpose flour)
50 grams of cornstarch
75 grams of sugar
25 grams butter / margarine
25 grams powdered milk (optional)
10-12 grams of baking powder
1 medium sized egg (50-53 grams without shell)
80 grams of milk
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
*The original recipe without cornstarch but combines class 1 and class 3 bread flour (I don't understand) so I modified the ingredients with several trials.
*The original recipe uses a dough rolling machine (I made it without a machine, just kneading by hand until I get almost the same texture).
*The original recipe calls for shortening (I substituted regular butter).
