I made a strawberry syrup by cutting about a pound of strawberries into small pieces and i put it in a mason jar with brown sugar for about a week. I got a nice gooey syrup from that, which i mixed in with this recipe. I then added the cut strawberry pieces on top of the muffin filling and the result was blood red strawberry muffins with little strawberries on top. Amazing, i advise anyone to try this, ans you can use whatever fruit you want. I will try kiwi next because i wanna mke green muffins lol. Peace!

I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago, now I'm making this, and adding 2 ingredients, but using only one. bananas. and walnuts the next week. I'm gonna try it for breakfast with scramble eggs and bacon. and my nephew is not a muffin eater, but he likes doing cooking activities with me. and I hope he likes it, and I can freeze them in a zip lock bag ,😅when I cook it with other foods.

"Plain" vanilla? Nothing "plain" about it. It's a flavor. And a delicious one. I'd say it ranks supreme over all others, because it's used on/in everything: cakes, pies, donuts, cookies, pudding, muffins. Respect the vanilla.

I made these today! Instead of 3 cups of flour I used 2 cups of flower and 1 cup of plant protein powder. The plant protein power made the texture thicker so I had to compensate by adding an additional cup of milk which did the trick. I didn’t have vanilla extract so I used nutmeg instead and I used only 1/2 cup of sugar since I don’t like much sugar. Overall it came out great! Thank you!
