I am sharing a quick and easy recipe with ingredients you can find at home. It is very easy to make, delicious and healthy. You can go to the kitchen and prepare this soup right away.
Materials:
Half a glass of lentils
1 onion
1 potato
1 carrot
3-4 sprigs of cauliflower
3-4 sprigs of broccoli
Salt, black pepper, turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
1 liter of water
1 glass of meat or chicken broth
