Wanted to update this morning. Had an intense meditation session last night. I ended up starting my meditation around 2am, dunno why just the flow of the night. Sometime during the session I felt an intense vibration/shaking in my mind. So intense it felt like everything around me was shaking. I broke out of my meditation due to the intense energy/vibration/shaking. I opened my eyes and my bedroom felt it was shaking. I felt it in my back. My back was against the wall. The best description I have is house movement in high winds or a spin cycle on the wash machine. Went outside and no winds. Today I heard nothing about an earthquake. Another interesting detail, when I first started my house was noising, animal sounds and unknown noises in the house. Then, after this experience all noises stopped, no movement. This was the night 11/4/23. This is the 3rd event happen to me, but by far the strongest. Just FYI, I live in a rural area in a manufactured home on 3 acres. Mountain town.

You’re right, there is a bunch of distractions Aaron, and sadly, this video is one of them. I use to be so focused on fluff like this and it distracted me from what I really needed: therapy and grounding. And although your content can be therapeutic and “grounding” it actually leads people astray. Most people who watch these videos aren’t actually doing the work/aren’t aware/spiritually bypassing. It’s important to practice discernment and balance when doing this sort of stuff or you won’t really evolve. Take care.

I get both sides of this. I've done twin flame focused healings for me and my man and they've been very effective. I believe there are connections we all have that operate alongside and expansive of our earthly experience. However, I see people sometimes desperately clinging to certain concepts and getting in their own way. And I've done that a bit too. I feel like it all flows from within so you have the power and means to tap into that connection if you choose to. I don't really like the term toxic because we all hold toxicity, we're all healing different wounds and they can present in poisonous ways. Twin Flame is a story, sure. Well, Jessica is choosing that story and creating it as she sees fit. Leona is choosing to not partake in that story. I think any concept that draws power externally and not internally becomes harmful so it depends on how you go about things and the balance of the physical with the energetic. I don't like seeing people cling to hope whilst not making active changes that would empower them. Equally, it doesn't make someone more or less "spiritually enlightened" because they're on a different path than you.

After starting Joe Dispenza meditations about 4 months ago, I pick up a lot of trash every single day during walking meditation. When I walk with the Divine in the state of Grace (name of the meditation) I no longer can tolerate the junk surrounding me. Most of the trash is empty sample size alcohol bottles people throw from the cars. I collect about 3-4-5 daily. It's an eye opening on silent alcoholic epidemic around here

The earth has energetic patterns (electrical outputs) if someone doesn’t understand his language. It’s like 4+4=8 ok so imagine a radio , you know it has a frequency that if you turn on to that channel you can hear the radio station. Ok so now you can understand that the earth “vibrates” at a certain “channel” and when it’s not healthy it changes “vibration” The earth has magnetic poles it stands a specific way because of the “electrical” poles -it’s a real thing it’s not woo woo , so the earth “sent” a signal -it vibrated differently than it’s supposed to. -it’s way of asking for help is a flower not being watered. I went through the same thing. I thought it was a depression but I never cried. Since 2019 I just felt completely apathetic/numb/unmotivated. All I wanted to do was stay still under the covers to the point that I resented my bodily needs like having to eat or go to the bathroom because it got in the way of my nothingness. I lost all desire to socialize and participate in anything. I've been slowly coming out of that weird fog this year though. I wonder if all of that has been part of the shift. I sure hope so. And I'm glad that someone that felt that same lifelessness has been coming back to life too. Here's to wishing you lots of light and love!

Also, Athena in Truth talks about 4D as the transition dimension- we bounce between 3rd, 4th, and 5th until we can stabilize at 5D. It takes work; shadow work- to shed 3D consciousness - until we can fully embrace 5D.
