RECIPES:
Ingredients
1 packet of strawberry jelly
200 ml heavy cream
100 g of strawberry jam
2 tablespoons of vanilla pods
125 g chocolate couverture
Method
Today's recipe is as easy as it is delicious! First, we prepare the jelly based on the instructions written on the package.
Then take a bowl and beat the cold cream until it becomes whipped.
Along the way, we incorporate the warm jelly, jam and underwater vanilla that we have already softened with the bain-marie method.
We put our mixture in a 30x14 cm form, with a film and leave it for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
At the same time, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and cover our dessert, after the 6 hours have passed.
