Yaaaay!! I loved it also!🥰 It's such a good book! I wasn't expecting it to pack a punch to the heart...but it definitely did, and I loved it!!

I guess this means I'll have to read an Ember in the Ashes! I read it in Italian years ago and forgot everything by the time the second one came out, but I remember I loved Helene! Mistborn and SoC fit so well, they have the same vibes. P.S I finished Mask of Mirrors and Ace of Spades! I read it yesterday in one sitting, it was just what I needed! Thanks for recommeding it to me!

Hi Laura!! It happened the same for me with an Ember in the Ashes, but once I got into the book things came back! Now the series is finished so I guess that shouldn't happen again 😂!! I think that the similarities with the Aurelian Cycle are massive especially between Helene and Elias PoVs. Haha I love that you also think that Mistborn and SoC have similar vibes, I was unsure if this would be too much of a leap (although for me they're 100% similar!) How was Mask of Mirrors?! So glad you liked Ace of Spades! What's next on your TBR?

@@FunFantasyBooks Mask of Mirrors was decent, it really picked up in the second part, but I'm not sure I'll pick up the sequel. I'll check the reviews as they come, or I'll wait to be in the mood for something slow-paced and full of political intrigue. Now I'm trying to tackle my tbr with Redshirts by John Scalzi, which I apparently bought in 2016 and never read 🙈 What about you?

Ouch! not sure if I'm gonna get to Mask of Mirrors then 🙃😬! Redshirts seems interesting! let me know how that goes- I didn't had it in my radar! Well, I'm struggling between different books at the moment. I really want to read Hörrorstor before Halloween (I reject any horror story if this mood goes away!) but I also have Winds of Strife in my TBR and A Shadow in the Ember (by JL Armentrout) was just released and I'm also wanting to get there! - So in summary, I really want to take holidays and read 😂

When I read Six of Crows I never thought I would ever love a book that much and then I read Mistborn and you're totally right
