Tangerine panna cotta
Ingredients
Tangerines 700 g
Gelatin 10 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Bring to a boil and turn off stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Cool and pour into glasses, refrigerate for about 2 hours
Milk 500 ml
Sugar 2.5 tbsp l
Vanilla sugar 5 g
Gelatin 10 g
Bring to a boil and turn off stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Add cream cheese 125 g I have mascarone
Cool and pour into glasses, refrigerate for about 4 hours
