Pile 1. I was just crying while listening to this. Been doing everything to avoid the circumstances I deal with right now but everything didn't work out and here I am soooo scared and worried. Exercising the mind and the spirit is the same as exercising the body. The body is the literal manifestation of both the spirit and mind and so they must function with the same laws. If you never worked out a day in your life, you don’t start by going to a body building gym and working 5 hours. You’ll be so sore for the next week or more, that you’ll never do it again. You start working out by going to a simple, inclusive gym for about 30-45 min and do about 10 different exercises with minimal weight. Now apply to mediation and spiritual practice.
