Don't stop grinding and hustling until you feel fulfilled, it's not all about been on top, the highest thing is just to feel fulfilled as you. Love yourselves and believe in yourselves because that's what will fuel your energy each time you feel like giving up. My initial goal was 100 subs and 100 videos in my 1st year. I did both to prove a point. Next goal was by 250 subs, to start going live. Already did 1. Sticker and shirt giveaway planned for the 250 mark but I'm still working on getting shirts. 1 local Already fell through. I set my own goals and they might not be big ones but I'm 57 with multiple forms of Arthritis so anything to keep me moving forward ☺️

I made a commitment to myself and my business to grind out two videos a week for an entire year. It was SO difficult, especially while running a private practice and doing consulting work all over the world, but it is now starting to pay off! Slowly, I've added subscribers. I've gotten better at making titles and thumbnails (still a work in progress, as I'm sure you'd agree!) but I've learned so much and it has been so much fun. So, to anyone who needs some motivation, keep going! I'm still a small channel, but I know, with these techniques, I'll get where I want to be, and my goal is to reach SO MANY MORE people and help them overcome anxiety and depression and trauma in their lives. Better to grow consistently than to go viral one time and become irrelevant. Also, don't just do it for the numbers or to be youtube famous, do it because you love it! No-one would keep watching a TV channel with white noise on it right? :) - get some videos up there and it'll all fall into place. The number of places I've seen that it takes 60-80 videos on average to get 1000 subs. Let's embrace the grind!
