Please pray 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for me I am struggling with doubt because of false teachings I’ve heard from different sources I’m a new Christian and feel I’m hanging on by a thread God has proved himself to me over and over since first crying out to him in June this year I was full of the Holy Spirit and on fire for jesus I then gave my life to him in October and since have been attacked nightly with thoughts of disbelief that I know in my heart isn’t true but my head says otherwise I’m waking at 3am and struggling I no longer feel his presence and my faith is dwindling please pray for me that my god will not leave me and hold me up my anxiety is through the roof I can’t read my bible properly or pray as I did !!all I can do is praise him for what he has already done and I will never stop praising him I still go to church but my heart feels numb anyone got any answers for me 🙏🏻❤️

Jesus thankfully distinguished a difference between doubt and unbelief. Doubts are natural but prayer can resolve them. Unbelief is rejection of God and usually caused by Satan or by one’s own arrogance or more likely ignorance. Both can be overcome but true humility is key

Its good to self evaluate at times to make sure we are in the faith. I always beleive the best assurance of salvation is Gods presence in your mind, i cant go a single hour without thinking of God. Its a relationship, its about Jesus. How important is He to you? Do you desire to grow in Him? Are you willing to obey and follow Him? Do you reject the world? Are you convicted / feel remorse when you sin? When you get down, pick yourself up and keep fighting, its a spiritual war out there.

John 20:24-29. We should not succumb in doubting God. Thomas (follower of Jesus) doubted until Jesus proved HE was alive. We believe God through our faith. F= Forsaking (everything/everyone) A= All I= In T= Trusting H= Him Blessings in the immutable Name Jesus Christ. (There is no trust in doubt).

Before starting to live for Jesus i was a lukewarm Christian my whole life and feared death a lot . Then with Jesus i had that fear gone by getting way closer to Him and realizing that He is real and Heaven and hell are too. But that fear of death comes to me sometimes again in the type of unwanted doubt and i see it as a spiritual attack . In one way I feel good abt it bcs I know im closer to God and satan gets mad abt it but in the other way I feel fear that these attacks wont ever end

Like the disciples in the Bible just as they had a relationship with God(Jesus) so will we if we believe that Jesus Died and rose for our sin and. If you believe and trust in him. Surrendering everything to him, to walk with him, to know him, to speak to him ( Having intimacy with him meaning to seek him) like for example just like how you have a relationship with your family members, your friends he desire to have a relationship with you. Hi, don't try to do it in yourself, We Need to have Fellowship with our Brothers and Sisters in Christ, they Support us, Encourage us, Bible Study is Essential, to Know and Understand God's Word. I thought I understood some things for years, then when going to Bible Study, it meant something else. We Need to Worship God, Give Him Thanks and Praise, Even for the small things. Worshipping, Singing Praise to The Lord, with your Brethren is a Beautiful and Powerful thing. We Can't do it alone, we can get distracted, diverted by the evil one. I believe your answer is already stated in your our answer: "of course I have faith they're wrong". Since you know they are wrong, then you can do a little more research to find out why they are wrong using Biblical resources. There is no new reasons for the unbelievers for rejecting their Creator. You can be sure that their response from science has already been answered and debunked.

I friend of mine came across some historical articles from professors that tried to disprove the credibility of the gospels. Needless to say, it affected him because he’s a relatively new Christian. I know that history proves that Jesus and the gospels are in fact credible sources, and from personal experience I can attest to how real Jesus is, but I’d appreciate if anyone has advice for me to give to him. So far I told him that every Christian has doubted before, even myself, and that it’s important to know that regardless of doubt, God is still available to answer prayers, questions, and to show his love. I'm going to be honest. My doubts began when videos of Ex-pastors started popping up on my social media. They gave their arguments for why they don't believe anymore, and it makes me question my own beliefs. I mean, they're Pastors, worship leaders. Surely, they know better than I do. I need answers. How/why do people who are so deep in their faith just fall out of it and go so far in the opposite direction?
