It happens to all of us. I’m 50 yr Old and went through much of it in my 40s. The light at the end of the tunnel is as such.. at first the regrets set in. Later, you learn how to manage those feelings of regret and somehow come to an “acceptance” of “this is how things turned out, and it’s meant to be this way”... When things begin to turn around and really get better is when you transition out of the “acceptance” phase and into a phase of “embracement” - where you now have learned to truly “embrace” all that has been given to you or not given to you and you begin to find ways to live a life that uses and make the best of what circumstances were handled to you. I know it sounds cliche but moving into this phase has helped me tremendously. For me, it was being single at 40, never married, no children, etc. I eventually came to the mindset that I was going to wake up every day appreciating my time given to improve myself and make the best body - physically, emotionally and mentally for myself. Nowadays, I’m at a point in life where I wouldn’t have it any other way. That’s ultimately the best position to be in. I also found it helpful for me to volunteer at a senior living facility, and a homeless shelter. You’ll find it helps to take your mind off of your issues by helping others cope with theirs.

I am a 53-year-old young lady who is at a crossroads in my career. I am making a six figure income at my current career, but I'm miserable. I have a dream to start my own business as an interior decorator, and my heart is calling me to help people in this business with some pro bono work. However, I know the process to implement this business will be significant. I stumbled across this video by complete accident, and I was literally in tears by the end knowing it was no accident this video "happened" to pop up on my KZbin feed. Thank you for all the work you do. You have given me complete clarity for the future.

Thank you for this! You are one of my favorites to listen to! I started this work and listening to your content about a year and a half ago and this is so true. About 6 months into this work, God gave me the vision of what I am supposed to build and create made for me. I see how all the things I have been through brought me to this point to be able to produce it. I have been working hard, so hard on it. I've been learning new skills I am committed to this because I know this is my contribution to the world. I've been a one woman show working on this. I decided I'm going to do it whether I have help or not AND I received a call from a friend that introduced me to someone and helped me with I need to do next, he is talking to the right people for me and is making meetings for me ! I didn't even ask him to do this, he just believes in what I am doing. How amazing is that! God is sooo good! When God gives you the vision run with it, he will open doors you won't even think about :)

What is your business? For some reason i find it more interesting to help others than myself. I got into digital marketing and wish i did when i was younger. i love that i don't have a set salary or 9-5 schedule. So what do you do? Is it a good business model? Don't be afraid to share your goals. Seek advice, role models etc. Not saying i am a role model or have good advice. You never know what may come out of a conversation. I got into vending machines that sold mostly organic items and it was a bad business model. It's all based on locations and most locations already had a machine. Also, people mostly care about brand name items not healthy choices. Kids want Reese's not Anne's Peanut Butter Cups. Coke not Zevia Cola. So i lost money when i sold the machines.

It was because of this video & the one with tank Sinatra, that I decided to buy your book. I just ordered it today! I have seen you in a few clips with Evan, Tony, and a few others but I just began following you on social media & KZbin and I am so freaking glad I did! I can relate to everything you talked about. I love your attitude & I just finished reading Think & Grow Rich a couple weeks ago ( I read it three times. Each time I read it, it makes more sense). I am the one who is changing my family tree NOW with the actions I am taking daily. I am the weird one to do the opposite of what others in my family do. I am the one enjoying and being grateful for everything including the challenges I face because I know God has bigger plans for me! Jeremiah 29:11. The verse I keep in my heart and mind at all times. And the wildest part is I began this journey just 2 years ago! I had no idea what affirmations were. I had no clue what my mind could actually do! I had no knowledge in personal growth! All I had was fear and a victim attitude but I knew deep inside of me something was missing. It was God. To slowly discover more about myself in just two years than I ever have, has been such a huge blessing! I am excited about my future, the people I am going meet, the places I am go see, the lives I am going to change ( Helping others get out of debt & on personal growth) It’s amazing to feel so good where I am now in spite of the huge debt I am trying to pay with my husband ( I follow Dave Ramsey’s baby steps), the negative people that challenge me every now and then, and other obstacles I face on a daily basis. I am so grateful for all that because I know it’s only making me stronger. And if I can do this, anyone else can too. I am in control of my emotions and therefore my destiny! Thank you for this awesome video. I already shared it with other people. I am so glad to have come across you Ed!

For giving me not only a clearer focus but, a whole new mindset that is free to move the mountains in front of me at my command! To pivot through life no matter what hell I am facing! I am created for better! I am created to serve! I am created to fulfill my purpose! I am created to meet my new identity on the other side of my struggles! I am created to break free from this bondage! Thank you once again dear brother for sharing this! You are truly making a difference in others! God bless!

Failure is a natural part of life. Everyone fails at some point. The important thing is to learn from our failures and to keep trying. We should never make excuses for our failures. Instead, we should use them as opportunities to grow and to become better.

Wow!!!! At about 21:00 when you’re talking about dreams! Absolutely! I’ve had this clarity recently, which is: my higher self has always been trying to guide me, my higher self being the best version of myself, those are the dreams, they have potential, god and my higher self has always been trying to steer me in those directions….wow this is another confirmation. Thank you so much for bringing the “spirituality” into your conversations, it’s very important. Love you so much, you are wonderful, and thanks for trying to help us grow into those dreams ❤❤❤

ED, I honestly heard a few quotes from you previously and thought you were just repeating Anthony Robbin's lessons because I know them all, but hearing you now, I know you live what you speak... You are a savior & absolutely blew me away brother... NOTHING but LOVE for you, ED. You are 1 of the chosen ones! I'm so happy I came across this video and see you as THE LEADER to bring this thought to reality space to life. You got this brother... there is no one like you out there, & I watch too much stuff, but you lay this down so well, it’s almost easy coming from you with Extreme confidence. Brother... this is your calling.. your words will penetrate the hardest walls out there and will change many lives... Your my "GUY" Ed..... If there is anything I can ever do for you, I would be delighted to do so! I am an Inspirational hero... currently in a life lesson at the moment.

Hello Ed! I have watched you LIVE with Brendon, and on line, and I have always felt moved by what you say, Thank you. I am, as I write this, awaiting the publication of my book. Doing the PR has really. "hooked" me, as I requires me to talk about ME! So I am swimming in the deep end for sure. I know I can do this, but sure do wish I did it with even more FAITH than I currently have.

One year later and I’m Listening in perfect timing. Take the floaters off. I lived and accomplished so much without them. And unknowingly put them back on following a series of events. Powerful analogy. Thank you

Hi Ed, I’ve been loving your content. I’m a recovering alcoholic, and moved to a new area. My fiancée won’t be joining me for a few months, so I’m alone most of the time. I’m 60 years old, and have overcome a lot. Your message and passion to serve is helping me to hold on.

I have listened to you for years. I've shared many of your shows. I've read #Maxout your Life and I can't wait for The Power of One More. It has been said that you become like the people you spend the most time with. As a truck driver, I spend between 8 and 10 hours a week with you. I listen then re-listen. I ultimately want to say thank you. I am a different person because of the influence you are on my life. My biggest struggles have been consistency in daily effort and self-belief. I feel like I'm afraid, but I don't know what I'm afraid of. This segment put more feeling into me that I am enough and I am fully capable of hitting my goals and making my dreams come true.. I appreciate the time, effort, and love you put into this podcast. It is a blessing that is and has been life-changing for me.
