I'm 49 years old. I have no children. I spend most of my time caring for my mother. I haven't gone on a date in years. I don't know what a man's touch is like. Sometimes I feel like the rapture will happen before I ever get married. I always prayed to God for my mother to have life longevity. Because it's been so difficult for me and to meet someone. I do have high standards because the Lord put it there. Living a celibate life is tough. I'm always meeting the wrong men or either God tells me No like he did Ashley. I've had so many setbacks and achievements. But I'm getting ready to wave the white flag and calling it quits. So many people stare at me and wonder why I'm still single and it weighs hard on my self esteem and I have basically stopped asking.

I did not wait on the Lord, I rush and married someone who is wayyy lower to my standards. I was naive, it was my very first experience. The fact that I did not receive love from my parents it makes me a people pleaser and searching for love. God show me many red flags but I though I could change the circumstances. After 7 years of misery I am now left to be a single mom with a child. Once again I am abandoned and rejected. I regret my decision to ignore God. Please ladies it does not worth rushing out of Gods will. You will regret it.

Right after my salvation God leaded me to pray for my marriage to do his will and He alone guided me how to pray and what to pray what should i expect etc in a Godly partner. Since then i started praying, many times God spoke and gave so many promises in these 6 years. This year i will complete 30 years but still not yet married. I was the one who left till my late age in my family and friends even though i pray for it since many years. Due to the immense pain i was groaning all the day and not able to encourage others spiritually and couldnt able to be motivated to continue While i go to pray i am completely broken and filled with tears.. Please pray for me i was completely shattered and was so depressed, discouraged.. Please pray for my marriage that i should do Gods will and pray that i should find a Godly person as husband and get married to him this year.

Hi Isabella, don't give up! Could you maybe get some prayer to see if there is anything down your bloodline that has caused you to be rejected? If there is and this is broken off you and you also get prayer for healing, things will be a lot different for you. If this is not the problem, then get prayer to find out what the spiritual root of the problem is so that it can be terminated at the root and you can move forward in your life and marry the man God has for you.
