I used to work in McDonald's and a lady ordered a cheeseburger no cheese. Basically a Hamburger so I explained the difference between the two and she was addiment she wanted a cheeseburger no cheese. So I stuck a hamburger in cheeseburger wrapper and put a special sticker on it.
