It is important to know how to organize tahajjud in relation to fajr prayer? Do we go to bed after tahajjud and sleep a little before offering a fajr prayer? Is it necessary to go to bed early to ensure some number of hours of quality sleep? And most importantly how is it possible to go through a day which we all have full of work and duties when our sleeping time is chopped in pieces? We get up and go to work in traffic, not once did it happen to me that while driving I was not happy with my alertness. How to do night prayers, dikhr, suhoor, reading Qur'an etc in the middle of the night, and be able to safely perform our daily duties? Is the solution praying tahajjud over the weekend, when our life schedule is less demanding? I am wrestling with these issues, to answer the calls of religious duties while being able to remain physically and mentally well. I would appreciate if you who prepared this video touch on these points I made. Thank you❤
