I've using the same Breville juicer for over 17 years now. Only the cord is frayed from the unit itself and I use electrical tape to repair it. The "BEST JUICER" I've used in my over 34 years of juicing. Beet, carrot, ginger, celery and a fruit... apple, pineapple etc..... my recommendation. First thing in the morning, or last thing at night. But, I recommend the former.
