yes this is very true. Before matthew started this channel the only videos I was seeing on Jamaica were music or ganja. Matthew started a trend as it can be seen people wanna see another side to Jamaica other than music and ganja.

Here in 🇧🇿 we do the same. Some people soak the skin in water for a couple days then strain it and add a lil sugar. We also do cucumber and ginger juice. Awesome as well

Matthew, that pineapple you mentioned that is made in Trinidad . We call it chow. We make chow with so many different fruits. With salt and scotch bonnet pepper , shadon beni. You call it cullantro, garlic. It's really good. The combination of the spicy and sweet.

@rhondasargeant7488
@rhondasargeant7488 Жыл бұрын
@@inimitablesoul6483 it is grown here. There is a season when it's available a lot and sells much cheaper because there is so much on the market. Just like every other fruit. If you're referring to what I said to Matthew. I'm talking about a dish made with pineapple. As well as other fruit.

Earlier today just saw a resurfaced video about an African leader talking about how different the fruit was when he traveled to western countries. He travels with his own food but one time he ran out of pineapple and bought some in u.k and said it was not as sweet n taste like ammonia and all these bad things about it. And then I tune into KZbin again hours later and one of the first videos I see is this one and Matthew talking about how stronger this fruit is there than in u.s. or u.k.... coincidence? Lol

The reason the pineapples in the Caribbean taste different to the USA, UK etc is because they are all organic and non GMO. USA and UK's fruits and vegetables are now 95% genetically modified. Higher yields more resistant to everything under the sun and bees cant polinate them. These things are shortening lifespans. Imagine juicing USA fruits and drinking all those monsato pesticides and chemicals. Here in the Caribbean we still have our traditional seeds. Organic farming still attracts the "farmers friend" the earthworm, birds still come around and bees pollinate in thousands. If insects not coming around then those plants are GMOs.

Where are the bugs? Where are the gnats, mosquitos, flies, and ants? You should do a video showing us the bugs, or lack thereof, of Jamaica. I'll leave this comment in a few places to increase the chances of you seeing it. Mush love. From Ga, USA.
