Lewis thank you for doing this interview! It's extremely valuable for black women to see other black women, who have come from struggle and yet managed to make it. Her story is literally my story, in regards to having drug/alcohol addicted parents and being on welfare. I'm in my 40's and I started my Entrepreneurship journey 3 years ago and it's been slow going to say the least. I have been really struggling with all of those mean girl thoughts and this interview gave me hope and the push I needed. Thank you again🙏🏾

No idea how to make my art stuff a "desirable service" that people would pay for. A couple days ago, I used what little money I have left to rent a flea market booth and have been busting my butt to try to make it look as nice as possible as inexpensively as possible. It's a lot of work, but I have to try SOMETHING. I really hope this works. Update: I just got an on the spot offer to design stickers and a logo for a local business! two things: First. This conversation is great. Lots of great stuff. But imposter syndrome is a consequence of ones' relationship with uncertainty. Most of us feel like imposters because we think that an expert has the right answer. The existential reality is that NO ONE KNOWS the right answer. When I realize this I stop feeling like an imposter.

Lewis this interview was life changing for me! Seeing a black woman share her story and heart with other black women is a true testament to who we are as a people. She inspires me to be fearless. She is so pure in spirit and the best thing about it all...is that having her level of success has only made her better, stronger and kinder. She is a gift to not only black women and our community but everyone that is blessed to be in every space she's invited into.❤️

I WILL be listening again. But Lewis, YOU Sir, are a dynamic interviewer! That hot-seat line of questioning about her soon-to-be nonprofit turned out to be the throne of her greatness!!!! Amazing line of questioning. You have a natural knack for creating new dimensions for your guests to explore. And you do it brilliantly and organically. Hats off! Wow, the best marketing technique (in a good sense)! I love how you coached her at the end. You helped her, you helped us viewers (my feelings about money finally started to change) and you showed us how a GOOD coach your are! I've heard it many times, that not all rich people are greedy and lonely. But only after I saw the story of Rachel Rodgers, I finally started to feel it. I like that she does profit sharing (it goes against my conviction, that people are rich because they underpay their employees). I've also heard many times, that if you have more money, you can help more people. But only when she shared her dream about helping single moms and you made it feel real, like a plan, I finally felt what this phrase means. You SHOWED us that those new believes about money are real. I would love to see more stories/interview like this.

I've watched several of your videos & it's always a blessing...but today with Rachel Rodgers revealed on hidden gift that I've never seen. You ability to navigate her from generation of an intent, and eventually walking her through almost realizing it. I mean the part of helping moms with post partum starting a charity, the question 8s..WHAT'S THE ONE THING. Thanks a lot.

Love love love every part of this interview! Major inspiration from Rachel and all she has to give from her personal life experience and upbringing as a BOSS Black Woman, Woman of color, and Mother still raising young humans, and also the direct value you demonstrated through coaching Rachel out of her imposter syndrome for kickstarting her plans to help Mothers! You may or may not realize Lewis you were coaching so many of us out of our own imposter syndrome also!! Thank you and blessings to you both!
