Always keep in mind that financial success without internal success is NOT success 🙏🏼 prioritize inner peace, happiness, and well-being - that is true success. The rest is merely a bonus.

Gwyneth is really a very mindful person. I think what shes trying to say is that we are all now forced to live our lives in a pared down sort of way and after the pandemic we can all restart our lives with a new canvas and a new set of paints to create a life that is best for us and what is best for us will hopefully be what we want too.

As someone who has been a meditator, yoga student/teacher, life coach and on a spiritual path my entire adult life, this is someone who has done some deep digging & has done a lot of work of a normal human that is in the trenches of life (so to speak). Yes, she's been privileged with being pretty, famous and in Hollywood, but that doesn't mean that she didn't show up for life & that life wasn't still fishing out lessons and challenges. I'm getting child with these truth bombs she's dropping ❤❤❤

This was probably one of the best episodes. It was so real and raw. It just goes to show that it doesn't matter who you are in the world, famous or not we all have our struggles and internal battles. Being 43, I loved and resonated with the part about when you get to 40 something happens to you.I have lived and felt it. Thank you to both Jay Shetty and Gwyneth Paltrow. Truly amazing, heartfelt and valuable.💙💙💙

The ambition they're speaking about... Combination of channeling source energy and being deeply wounded is what I've experienced my entire life. That level of drive is so intoxicating, so obsessive, so overwhelmingly powerful that it can destroy you if you don't examine the root cause. Precisely what caused by dark night of the soul and many intense spiritual awakenings since. But I've definitely felt that it's a combination of channeling and childhood injuries and the addiction to proving your worth. I'm not sure we can ever really get it under control but perhaps minimise the damage it can cause by doing deep healing work.

Here is a new perspective >>> Doctor Mike, who is a licensed and practicing primary care doctor and surgeon in New York or New Jersey and is a KZbinr for educational purposes, has made it clear that Gwyneth Paltrow's brand, Goop, is not medically accurate, at all. Her brand, Goop, creates a lot of misinformation. Please consider this. I don't know who is calling her crazy, but pointing out harmful things she has created is not the same as calling her a "crazy lady". @KL , too

《A small window to marital relationships and friendships in the West! 》 In 1948, Alfred Kinsey - an American biologist, specializing in the science of organisms and sexuality, founded the Indiana University Sex Research Institute in 1947 - that 50 percent of American husbands were cheating on their wives or partners ( girlfriends ) And Western researcher Carol Botwin, a specialist in women’s affairs and social critic, confirms that subsequent surveys indicate that this number has increased. For example, Dr. Bernard Greene confirmed, based on 750 historical cases of married men, that 60 percent of the study sample were cheating on their wives. In her study of the sexual activity of 7239 males, educational and feminist researcher Sherry Hite stated that 72 percent of men married for more than two years have cheated on their wives or partners (girlfriends). In a recent survey of college students by researcher Gary Hansen and published in the journal "Archives of Sexual Behavior", the study found that 70 percent of young people surveyed had relationships with someone other than "established dating partners", even though they Oppose polygamy! In a survey of "American couples" who live together without a marriage contract by Philip Blumstein and Pepper Schwartz, they found that one-third of "cohabiting males" were cheating on their mates ( girlfriends) . Also, the same study by Philip Blomstein and Pepper Schwartz found that 64% of them had repeated their girlfriend / partner's sexual infidelities with between (2-5) other girls! And the number of concubines that some of these have slept with, betraying their friends, has reached 20! In the same study, it also covered married couples, and found 71 percent of husbands repeatedly manipulated and flirted with other girls, 42 percent had between (2-5) extramarital partners, and 22 percent had actually had sex with between ( 6-20) Woman! Western researcher Carol Botwin comments on a number of western surveys that dealt with the issue of marital infidelity in the West, that "we must conclude from these surveys and statistics collected over the years" that men in the West do not only infidelity with one, but rather They do it through multiple relationships with more partners. by: Ayedh bin Saad Ad-Dawssary To know why POLYGAMY IN ISLAM!? : www.islamreligion.com/articles/325/an-introduction-to-polygamy-in-islam/

She’s seriously so inspiring and full of wisdom. I love older women and learning from them. I’m still in my twenties, although I’m gonna turn thirty next year, but I always tend to get inspired by people older (sometimes much older even) than myself. They have so many lessons learned and profound opinions on different topics. I love Gwyneth and I loved this conversation you had with her. The unreasonable hate some people have towards her just baffles my mind! She’s so lovely! Her lifestyle brand might not be for everyone but she’s not a bad person because she’s creating products or sharing beliefs with an audience that want to listen. Like I always say, to each their own! :)
