► It's scientifically proven that riding a motorcycle is riskier than jumping on parachute; these sportbike riders make that statement accurate on this episode of Best Onboard Compilation [Sportbikes] - Part 7!
If you want to live for long years and live a happy life, never ride like this: fast, with high adrenaline, police and with fast motorcycles.

Me and my friends were some of the "OG's" doing this type of wickedness back in the late late 1980's and 1990's. Running Ninja's 900 and 1000 and GSX R's 1000 supped up with all the aftermarket kits. Splitting cars at 160MPH plus running corners at 100 plus on USA highways. Most motorcycle shops would never let us go riding on their sponsored rides because we would cause alot of business loss and unwanted attentions for them. I spilled on the roadways three times two times above 60 plus and once around 140 MPH which basically skinned me almost 70% of the body took about a six month to finally be able to walk to my bike a to see the damage. I was told by my friends I slid for almost two full American football fields on the highway. I don't know how I survived but we never had fear never! We understood risk of death and dismemberment etc etc.... But now that I am 51 and have three beautiful children I thank God for saving us when we lost few friends during these crazy times. ANYONE WHO CARES TO LISTEN DONT DO IT ON THE STREETS YOU ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE AND YOU WILL GET BURNED!!!! TAKE THEMM TO THE TRACK AND LIVE AND LET LIVE AND ENJOY LIFE...

Thank you for taking the time to write that.. in the UK tracks are so far away.. you are right tho its playing with fire. I recently returned to riding after 5 years off and was a bit of a tit to say the least. Now I have little ones I've realised it's not all about riding fast. I bought a zx10 and have been on a few group rides but my safety concerns hold me back from the group. Now a days I think twice .. is it worth it.. Glad your ok and can spent time with you little ones.. Hey you have to admit those days were fun. Watching gostrider and adrenaline crew.. 👊🏍💨💨💨🇺🇸❤🇬🇧

Being an older biker has taught me a number of valuable lessons in riding. When I was very young, nothing would deter me to drive to the limit and enjoy avoiding a crash by sheer luck. Now that I’m older, I drive conservatively according to road traffic laws and I still get near misses narrowly avoiding a crash even though the incidents were caused by other reckless drivers in my vicinity. On such days, I fall onto my knees and thank God for saving my life another day.

in earlier times with my Zx9 and Fireblade929 i also used to ride some similar speed rides. I never took blind corners and i never crashed. Today i am 41 and ride an old Ducati and a 2020 Tuono Factory. With both bikes i enjoy seeing the landscapes and i more often take a break for a coffee, because the riding itself is just a great joy. Thank God i made it till here, and i am not angry about others who go faster, just hope nobody will get hurt 👍

I got permit for many different categories of vehicles motorcycles, cars, agricultural harvester and buldozers, head-tractors heavy loads-trucks and even permit to transport up to 20 people (previous a soccer-ball team coach-driver Neoplan, Setra..) Anyway to travel at this speeds on a motorcycle is not just stupid putting yourself at such high risks but is madness to put the other drivers in danger as well, what would be the reason behind such speeds on public roads ? since even in lower speed a motorcycle moves quite fast and is hard to spot specially if it comes from behind by most vehicles, if you hit them they die instantly is the car driver fault cause they didn't see them, if the driver is driving and bikers get unn-ballanced fall & crush lucky to escape again is vehicle drivers fault.. These bikers are free organ donors.. that is how they are called in Europe..

I used to ride and at times ride insane speeds, but doing it in traffic is just another level of insane. Even taking it easy in traffic I had a lot of close calls. People just don't see bikes and they certainly don't expect them to be going by at 3 to 4 times the speed they're going. Just one wrong move from someone in a car who isn't expecting you and it's game over.

I rode like this for years, but that was in the eighties and nineties when there was less traffic and less cops who couldn’t catch you and the helicopters didn’t chase, it was easier to get away. Now it’s too dangerous and to busy on roads and highways. A lot of these riders I see only wear shorts t/shirts and either flip flops or sand shoes. I have been off a few times and have scars to prove it but I wore leathers. You gotta watch out for yourself out there as no one else is. Yes it feels like freedom so respect it and feel the freedom.

The first clip shows some skilled drivers. I mean they didn't panic, they stayed committed to the corners, they had their body movements done, they managed to slow down in places where they didn't feel like going - it clearly shows they waited for that double overtake, they obviously know the roads. I feel like any other amateur would be on the ground within the first 3 corners at that speed.

There wasn't as much traffic back in the day and the coppers weren't as abundant and we all made it through the times okay. I broke my pelvis but that was on a dirt bike and I wasn't even getting that wild (long story). Now I have a bike with modest horsepower and ride fairly sanely and preach safety. Once in awhile the hooligan comes out but just for a moment and the odds aren't as slim.

Don't try to justify your irresponsable behaviour through calling others ignorant, because here you're showing yourself as the only ignorant. Be responsible, use your judgement, be an adult, don't be selfish. Just because you pay taxes doesn't give you the right to pass over the right of others to be safe and use the same infrastructure you also use. Public roads are not the racetrack. I'm a rider too. @@spaceexplorer6636 You clearly don't understand that, no matter how skilled you believe you are, you can't control circumstances and other driver's skills and behaviour, making a selfish person of yourself, falling into the illusion that overspeeeding is safe as long as your properly trained. It doesn't matter what you ride, but how and where and who are those around you while you ride. Manufacturers make sport bikes for economical benefit, they don't care if you consider them for "sport" or if you kill yourself on them. On public roads they're means of transportation, that's the hard reality you should be aware of. It's pointless to discuss with a teenager mentality rider.

I've only done 250 kmph (155 mph) on a typical flat US freeway in the evening, just after the rush hour ended. That's when my ZX-6R couldn't give anymore due to gearing. It wasn't that bad. It was loud and I had to tuck down so the wind wasn't too much, but I've been able to do this several times. The beginning video though, forget that.

@@mikehanratty4300 It mostly depends on the weight of the rider and gearing, both sprockets and the final transmission gear. The gearing is pretty low stock and the transmission is close ratio. But I think most modern 600cc supersports do at least 150 mph (again, gearing and weight matter) but also ever-increasing horsepower. I'll be changing the rear sprocket out to reduce RPM on the freeway for better fuel economy. This will have two other effects, higher top speed and slower acceleration. Since I can barely launch the bike as is, taller sprocket gearing is probably helpful for me. Even my Yamaha FZ6R does 137 mph and that's a "detuned" engine from older R6s only making 75 hp at the rear wheel.

Fitted with full metal supports he told us he can still hear the pain of his scream whenever he heards metal trolleys pushed around. That's when the nurse are prepping the tools to surgery his legs during those days. He scoffs at riders who wear slippers and t-shirts even on mopeds. He humbled and changed. I know, I've lived such a situation while on a motorcycle trip in Italy. Two racers past us inside a blind mountain curve only to come face to face with oncoming traffic and this lady was so suprised she swerved violently into the ditch to avoid the racers and totalled her car while the two following cars rear ended each other while these ''hero'' riders never had an idea of what they caused. My friend rode like this last year. I see him about twice a month when I hear the ambulance in front. They have to take him down the stairs on a stretcher for his numerous doctors appointments. He essentially cannot move- only one arm barely works. He will only get worse says the docs. He gets fevers, cannot regulate his own temperature anymore. He has constant pain 24/7...forever. He was a younger, good looking chap. New family- that is essentially all gone. He does not want to be here anymore. He readily admits, he was driving foolishly. He usually got away with it- but not that day. 150mph into the back of a stopped or nearly stopped work truck in the slow lane he was also in- before he could react and change lanes, life as he knew it was over. Some say he is lucky to have survived- he might not agree. Nice guy too- shame...and also a huge burden financially and mentally for his family. They crashed that day too. So if you decide the heck with it- YOLO and you will drive like a fool- you will learn the very hard way. I promise you that. I sold my bike. I did around 120 mph once, for a couple miles. But it was the middle of the night, on a nearly empty freeway. Now that I am older I am scared to go over 80mph.
