Music producer here. Sometimes it's difficult to compose music and the ideas just don't come. You end up in a situation where boredom and frustration start to build up and sometimes you give in to do something else that's more ‘fun’. As you explained in the video, it's important to face up to this boredom and get to grips with this feeling, then go with the flow. Personally, I've been in such a phase of lack of inspiration that now I know it's just a phase and that I have to try and make music until the inspiration comes back. Inspiration is like a close friend that you have to visit as often as possible because it's counting on you to make your dreams come true. So never give up on him/her

That shit is excruciating painful. I just decided to just sit there and feel the pain. Literally. Said whatever that came to mind. That resistance is literally repressed thoughts of reality in the moment. It hurts but maybe I can use some of what I write everyday in a song
